This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms related to returns, replacements, and refunds for orders placed through our website.

1. Custom Orders

Because most of our products are custom printed and made according to customer requirements, custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started or the order has been approved.

2. Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, specifications, sizes, quantities, and shipping details before giving final approval. Once an order is approved and moved into production, changes, returns, or refunds may not be possible.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or different from the approved order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can review the issue.

4. Return Eligibility

Returns may only be considered in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returned items must be unused and in the original condition unless the issue is related to manufacturing or shipping damage.

5. Refunds and Replacements

If your claim is approved, Moody Moon Packaging may, at its discretion:

  • offer a replacement
  • issue a partial refund
  • issue a full refund where applicable

Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by customer-approved artwork, spelling errors, design approval, incorrect information provided by the customer, or normal variation in color and material that may occur during printing.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • custom printed products
  • approved orders already in production
  • orders with customer-approved design or content errors
  • orders delayed due to shipping carriers or customs issues beyond our control
